To qualify, you must be one of the following:

• Public Safety employees: Police officers, Firemen, EMTs to include credentialed reserve officers
• Military Personnel (Active, Reserve, Retired)
• TSA & Federal Law enforcement officers
• Security guards with firearm permit issued by the Secretary of State’s office
• Bond Recovery Agents with state licensed credentials
• Judges and District Attorneys

We must have an Official ID showing the above affiliation prior to you purchasing your firearm. Please note it is a FELONY to misrepresent yourself as a Law Enforcement Officer to take advantage of this program.
