German WW2 Waffenwerke Brunn Mauser K98k 8mm Rifle, Russian Capture - Collectible *1944*
This is a German WW2 Mauser K98k rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser. It features a 23.62-inch barrel, blued finish, laminate wood stock, and 5-round capacity internal magazine. The receiver is marked "dot" which indicates it was manufactured by Waffenwerke Brunn in Czechoslovakia and is dated 1944. This appears to be a Russian capture rifle with mismatched numbers. The bolt has been electro-pencil numbered. The Brunn "dot" stamp appears on the bottom of the buttstock and on the right side of the barrel just forward of the receiver. The bottom of the barrel is import marked. Overall condition is good with bright shiny bore and strong rifling. Waffenwerke Brunn K98 rifles are fairly scarce, so this would make a great addition to a WW2 firearm collection. Buy online today!
