Winchester Model 1873 38 WCF (38-40) Rifle - Collectible *1889*
This is an antique Winchester Model 1873 rilfe chambered in 38-40 Winchester. It features a 24-inch round barrel and was manufactured in 1889. Overall condition of the rifle is good considering it's 137 years old. The bore still has decent shine, but there is some corrosion and spots of pitting. Rifling is worn, but still visible. The metal still retains some of the original bluing, but there is lots of patina and areas of corrosion. The wood is in decent shape with no cracks, but there are plenty of scuffs, dings and pressure marks. Mechanically everything works as it should. The rear sight is missing the elevator. This would be a great addition to any Winchester collection. Buy online today!
