This is a vintage Allen & Wheelock Pepperbox pistol with a .31 caliber bore. It features a 2.875-inch barrel, 5-shot pepperbox design, wood grips, and top hammer bar. This pepperbox is one of Allen & Wheelolck designs produced in Worchester, Massachusetts. The barrels state "Allen & Wheelock" and the hammer bar features the patent date of "April 16.1845". Overall, this pistol is in good vintage condition. The bores are in good condition with no obstructions down the barrels. The nipples are also in good condition and feature sharp points.
