WW2 Japanese Arisaka Type 99 7.7x58 Rifle, Tokyo Juki Kogyo Arsenal - Collectible
This is a WW2 Japanese Arisaka Type 99 rifle chambered in 7.7x58. It features a 25.9-inch barrel, blued finish, wood stock, and 5-round internal magazine. The mum (chrysanthemum) has been ground off and the receiver markings indicate it was manufactured by the Tokyo Juki Kogyo arsenal between 1940 and 1945. Overall condition is fair; the bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling. There is quite a bit of wear and patina to the metal and the wood has quite a few scuffs, scratches, dings, nicks, chips, and pressure marks. The buttplate shows significant corrosion. This would make a nice addition to a WW2 firearms collection and the fine condition of the bore should make a it a good shooter. Buy online today!
